What is your shipping policy?

DERMACONS offers the following shipping options for shipments within ROMANIA, EU and INTERNATIONAL:

• Free standard shipping (via FAN COURIER) on purchases with a subtotal of 200 LEI and over, after any promotions and discounts are applied, on Fan Courier’s main delivery routes. Apart from the main Fan Courier delivery route, the products will be delivered by Romanian Post;
• 19 LEI for standard shipping (via FAN COURIER) on purchases with a subtotal of less than 200 LEI, after any promotions and discounts are applied, on Fan Courier’s main delivery routes. Apart from the main Fan Courier delivery route, the products will be delivered by Romanian Post;
• 19 EURO for standard shipping (via DHL) to the countries of the European Union;
• 29 EURO for standard shipping (via DHL) to the countries outside European Union (INTERNATIONAL)

The displayed prices are valid for orders weighing a maximum of 1 kg.

Orders weighing more than 1 kg will be charged extra, according to the supplier’s delivery policy.

When will my order ship?

Orders submitted before 10 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day.

Orders submitted after 10 AM Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are processed the next day and shipped the day after.

Orders submitted after 10 AM on Thursday are processed Friday and shipped on Monday.

Orders submitted between 10 AM Friday and 10 AM Monday are processed Monday and shipped Tuesday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.

Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.

Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.

Is there a sales tax charge on my order?

We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each country.  Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us at office@dermacons.ro

Do you ship internationally?

Dermacons ships worldwide (via DHL). International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package.

We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
